Diplomacy is Not an Option is a real-time strategy with an active pause, in which your task is to survive, fighting off hordes of opponents. You find yourself in a world of medieval fantasy, and only your choice can decide its fate.

You try on the role of a lord from the backwater fief of Samreinia. A lord who, against his will, constantly gets involved in battles. Build fortifications, gather an army and feel like a real commander in battles of unprecedented scale. More than 25 thousand enemies will storm your castle, and you will have to defend it time after time. But military force alone is not enough. To survive, you will have to master the basics of economics, engineering and even magic.
