⚠️ When a refund is not possible
Please read these points. We will not be able to refund if:
1) The product was purchased by mistake.
2) The game cannot be launched (the launch method is unified and works on all consoles).
3) Sometimes the game session ends involuntarily.
4) You have already logged in to your account.
5) Microsoft has changed its policy regarding shared accounts.
6) Xbox system updates have affected the shared account.
7) 12 months have passed since the purchase.
8) You accidentally logged out of your account.
