This is a simplified version, but there are alsofull rules with detailed clauses.Moderators may refer specifically to those
❌ General Prohibitions
- —You may not share contact information, Telegram links, QR codes, or file-sharing services
- —You cannot communicate through anything other than the ggsel chat
- —Collecting or using buyers' personal data is not allowed
- —You cannot inflate sales statistics and reviews for your own or other people's products.
- —You must not lie about the product, post irrelevant items, steal descriptions, or substitute one product for another under a different guise
- —You must not sell through archives (.rar), .exe files, or images
- —You must not promise "lifetime" guarantees
- —You must not deceive users about the price, payment methods, or order process
- —You must not bypass bans or create duplicate accounts
🛒 Product Listing Guidelines
Image
- —It must be relevant to the topic
- —No gore, sex, ggsel logos, or external links
- —Preferably not compressed or stretched, with a 1:1 aspect ratio
Name
- —Clearly state: subscription duration, region, etc.
- —No “best,” “#1,” or unnecessary symbols
Description
- —Clear and to the point: what's included, which region, subscription duration, restrictions.
- —No fakes or links
- —If the item requires manual delivery, please describe how it is carried out
🚫 What’s not allowed to be sold
- —Hacked, stolen, pirated content, VPNs, cookie-based accounts, gaming personal accounts
- —Nonsensical items, duplicates, products with auto-renewing subscriptions, pre-orders
- —Data (phone numbers, databases), social media accounts, physical goods
✅ Seller Responsibility
- —List your product in the appropriate category
- —12 hours for both response and delivery of goods
- —Be polite — no rudeness or threats
- —When selling an offline account, provide 2FA within 10 minutes
💸 Refunds
Full refund (including the entire payment)
- —Product doesn't work, wasn't delivered, or doesn't match the description
- —A prohibited item was sold
- —You made the return yourself by agreement with the client
Partial refund
- —Customer error, but no cost to the seller
- —By agreement with the customer and the administration
Not allowed
- —Making refunds outside the ggsel payment agent system
