Wrote to a person with a request to exchange goods, unfortunately, they did not answer and ignored me

Well, the operating hours from 10 AM to 9 PM don't say anything at all.The seller will respond no earlier than 3-4 hours.Account with 0 is not working and a new one is also blocked.I don't understand why after 2 blocked accounts the seller gives hope that there will be a new one.Wasted time, but money came back, at least 1+

Everything is great, I didn't log in right away, but the seller provided a new account and uploaded everything

Everything is great, a problem arose at the moment, the seller quickly resolved it, well done
