Название, описание и изображение товара полностью соответствуют приобретённой игре. Каким образом к данному заказу относится Sephiria, нам неизвестно. Со своей стороны мы выполнили отправку именно того товара, который был оплачен.

Disgusting seller and service quality.I had to wait more than 4 HOURS for them to write to me that they couldn't buy the game.Only after that did they propose another gifting method.Never buy goods from this seller.I bought the game from another seller and it was sent to me in 5 minutes.

Мы неоднократно просили предоставить ссылку на быстрое приглашение для отправки игры, однако так её и не получили. При наличии корректных данных игра могла быть отправлена за несколько минут. Несмотря на агрессивное поведение покупателя, постоянные претензии и угрозы жалоб, мы до последнего были готовы выполнить заказ. В итоге покупатель сам согласился на частичный возврат средств. Считаем отзыв необъективным, поскольку покупатель банально не предоставил ссылку, необходимую для доставки подарка.
