I don't know what the reasons were for not responding to me for 22 hours, but it happened.The product did not work initially and I immediately sent a screenshot.I believe such requests can be processed within 12 hours instead of 22.The seller did issue a new account after all, but it's no longer needed as I bought it where they responded to me.
