I paid for a 1-year Spotify subscription but used it for less than 2 months. Spotify canceled it because I’m in another country. The seller did not clearly state that it only works in Egypt. I requested a refund, but the seller refused. I want my money back.
The subscription was successfully activated on the customer's account. The product description clearly states that activation is for the Egypt region. After the first issue, I also provided additional support and reactivated the subscription on the same account at no extra cost. Unfortunately, Spotify later restricted the subscription due to the account being used from a different country. I always provide support to my customers and do my best to resolve any issues related to the service.
