Order and Activation Procedure:

Stay in touch until the purchase is complete.
After completion, download the game from the Microsoft Store / Xbox.

Refunds and Deductions:

— If the problem is due to the seller's fault (error, incorrect product delivered, inability to fulfill the order due to our reasons) — 0% deduction, 100% refund.
— If the return is due to the buyer's fault (incorrect product selected, error during ordering, etc.) — a refund is possible with a 20% deduction (commissions and processing costs).
— Important: if the order has already been completed/activation has been performed — no refund is provided (the digital product is considered delivered/service rendered).

Communication before purchase: Before payment, questions are accepted through the platform's Support Assistant.
