In it, you will manage the extraction and processing of resources, as well as the production and sale of goods. Find and hire the best employees for each stage of the process, provide the necessary tools and develop their skills. Plan the development of your forge to increase its productivity, complete orders to unlock new abilities, and look for new opportunities in the market. Customers will order goods from you, from weapons and armor to tools and kitchen utensils. Hone your skills and become a true master blacksmith. YOUR PERSONAL BLACKSMITH SHOP On one of the winding streets of the medieval town stands your blacksmith shop: at first it is an inconspicuous workshop of a humble blacksmith, but it has a chance to grow and gain fame. It is from it that you will manage the entire production process: direct the work of lumberjacks and miners, melt ore into ingots, and then make weapons, armor, tools, and jewelry that can be put on shelves and sold profitably. Fulfill orders coming from different parts of the kingdom to gain new privileges and opportunities, including the opportunity to develop new products. Plan your forge so that it has a place to work and sell goods, while decorating it for comfort. Your reputation will grow, and with it your forge will grow, and you will become a master of your craft. TO GET OUT OF THE GROUND For each product that you produce - a sword, an axe, or a frying pan – you need raw materials that can either be extracted from the bowels of the earth or cut down in the forests of the kingdom. Hire miners and lumberjacks, provide them with tools and build camps for them to work efficiently – without them you will not be able to produce goods. Will you invest in recreational facilities and additional staff at these remote outposts to keep your workers healthy and satisfied? Or will you keep expenses to a minimum to maximize your profits? Maybe it's better to spend the money on talented blacksmiths and the development of the forge? The forge can always be improved by building new floors and gaining access to advanced production methods, which will allow you to create more interesting items that, in turn, will improve your reputation and attract more buyers... PRODUCTION PROCESS You can manage the forge personally and work with your own hands, or entrust everything to your staff – in any case, you will have many different ways to create items. Some of them are a long process, during which you need to heat an ingot, shape it on an anvil, harden it, assemble the object from parts and, finally, sharpen it on a grinding wheel. It is easier to make other items, they require less time and effort, but they bring less profit and do not contribute to the rapid growth of reputation. Your task is to research and develop new interesting products, as well as optimize your workspace so that your blacksmiths can work in tandem. You need to create both simple and extremely complex products for customers from your town and its surroundings, such as: Military equipment – a variety of weapons, shields and armor.
