How to purchase a Gold Pass or promotion 💛
Enter your email address and make payment. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a unique 16-digit code.
Send this code to the seller via chat to confirm your order.
Afterwards, you will receive an email from Supercell with a one-time login code—just share it with us.
We'll log into your account, make the purchase, and attach a screenshot showing the time you logged out.
Then, log back in and verify that the purchase was successfully processed.
💡 Important: Your Supercell ID must be linked to your account—without it, we won't be able to log in and process your order.
⏰ Order Fulfillment Time
Orders are fulfilled within approximately one hour.
Our business hours are 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Moscow time.
Sundays: 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
If your order is placed outside of these hours, we will fulfill it as soon as we are online.
