Fortnite Packs

The purchase is made directly to an Epic Games account with the region set to Turkey.
The region of an Epic Games account can be changed free of charge, provided that at least 6 (six) months have passed since the last region change.

⚠ Important: Region changes are not possible on newly created accounts.

Requirements for Purchasing Fortnite Packs:
1️⃣ The pack must not have been previously purchased on this account (repurchasing the same pack on the same account is not possible).
2️⃣ There are no parental control restrictions.
3️⃣ During the purchase process, we recommend temporarily disabling two-factor authentication (2FA) or entering a backup code.

3️⃣ Select a payment method and complete transaction.
4️⃣ Contact the seller in the chat.

📜 Purchase and Fulfillment Terms

📜 Order Confirmation
The buyer must contact the seller within 72 hours from the moment of placing the order via the chat available in the order interface on the website to confirm the order and agree on details, including delivery terms and payment method. Failure to comply with this requirement grants the seller the right to:
- Cancel the order at their discretion.
- Issue a partial refund, deducting any applicable fees or costs.

🕛 Working Hours
Customer support and order processing are available from 00:00 to 12:00 UTC.

📦 Order Fulfillment Time
1. If accurate information is provided, the order is fulfilled within 10–30 minutes after confirmation.
2. The maximum order fulfillment time is 24 hours from the moment of confirmation.

💳 Refund Policy
1. A full refund is issued in the following cases:
- The seller fails to fulfill the order within the specified timeframe.
- The seller does not provide the ordered product or service.
2. A partial refund (80% of the order amount) may be issued in the following cases:
- The buyer provides incorrect information or fails to follow the seller’s instructions.
- The buyer violates the order confirmation terms, including the requirement to contact the seller within 72 hours.
- The order is canceled by the buyer before the product is delivered.
- Loss or blocking of an account associated with the order due to the buyer’s fault.
3. Refunds are only possible before the product is delivered. No refunds are issued after the product has been delivered.
