❗️ Important! Terms of Service and Refunds

• If your post, avatar, or profile contains extremist materials, scenes of violence, fraud, or other prohibited content or violates applicable laws, the service will not be provided.
In this case, an automatic refund of 80% of the order amount is issued, with 20% retained for commissions and payment costs.
• If the order was placed in error or you change your mind before the service begins, a refund of 90% of the order amount is issued. The remaining amount is retained to cover payment system fees.
• If we are unable to fulfill your order for technical or other reasons, a full refund is issued, without any deductions.
• Once the order has begun, whether partially completed, or fully completed, funds for the service rendered are non-refundable.
• Refunds are made using the same payment method used to make the payment.
Funds may take up to 5 business days to be credited, depending on the payment system.
