You gain access to the public account in OFFLINE mode.

Instructions for activating the game:
1. Download the Steam client from the official site - http://store.steampowered.com/about/
2. Install the Steam client (if not already installed)
3. Log in to the account using the data provided (if you need a GUARD code for login - contact the seller in correspondence under purchase...)
4. Download game files
5. Launch the game online for 1 minute and then exit.
6. Go offline (top left corner -> Steam -> Go Offline..)
7. You can play!

P.S. Activation flashed when changing/ updating Windows, as well as when moving to online mode. Any component of the PC leads to latency activation. If there is a problem, please write to the seller under purchase.
