Omen Exitio: Plague is a Lovecraftian adventure game inspired by the gamebooks of the 80s and 90s, where you can choose your own adventure. You play as a military doctor tasked with monitoring a disease that threatens to destroy all of humanity—an inexplicable disease, perhaps even supernatural in origin. It's a race against time and wits that will strain your judgment to the limit—and your decisions could prove the survival of the entire world.
Zanzibar, 1896. You are Dr. Jake Huntington, recently enlisted in the army and trying to forget the loss of his dear wife, Helen. An ancient evil is about to change your life forever. Every discovery seems to lead you to the same conclusion: a terrifying disease threatens to destroy all of humanity—and its conditions may not be entirely achievable.
To understand what's happening and stop it, you'll have to delve into the shadows lurking in the depths of the human mind, unraveling the intrigues, machinations, and tricks that seek to hide the truth in the darkness. But all the while, the same question torments your mind: is there truly something supernatural in this mystery... or are you simply going mad?
