How to redeem a PlayStation Store voucher:
On a web browser: Open PlayStation Store, click your avatar, select Redeem Codes, enter the code, and click Redeem.
On PS5:
Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Redeem Codes, enter the code, and click Redeem.
During checkout, select Redeem Codes and Gift Cards under payment methods.
On PS4:
Open PlayStation Store, scroll to the bottom of the sidebar, select Redeem Codes, enter the code, and click Redeem. The funds or content will be applied to your account.
