📌 How it works

1️⃣ Choose the top-up amount.
2️⃣ Pay in rubles.
3️⃣ The specified amount will be credited to your Steam Wallet in CNY if your account region is China, or in the equivalent currency of your region at the official Steam exchange rate.
We cover the Steam commission, so you receive exactly the amount you paid for.
A small discrepancy of 1–2% (either higher or lower) may occur during crediting.

📄 Your Steam Market must be available.
Requirements for top-up through the Steam Market exchange:

1️⃣ The account must have at least $5 spent within the last year, and at least 7 days since the last purchase.
2️⃣ An active Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator for at least 15 days is required.
3️⃣ Inventory must be set to public.
4️⃣ No password or device changes linked to the token within the last 15 days.
5️⃣ The account must not have any VAC bans, including in Dota 2.

Payments made outside working hours will be processed once we are online.

📢 Refund Policy:
✔️ If the top-up was successfully completed — no refund is possible.
🔄 If the transaction failed due to the client’s fault (e.g., account does not meet Steam Market requirements, VAC ban in Dota 2, the client changed their mind, or made the wrong choice), a refund will be issued with a 20% deduction from the order amount.
💡 If the transaction failed due to the seller’s fault — a full refund will be provided.
