BY PAYING FOR AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
• Steam's exchange rate is constantly changing, so you may sometimes receive a lower or higher amount.

• By entering your username, you confirm that you are topping up YOUR account. No claims will be accepted after a successful top-up.
• No more than 3 payments per day per account. If you violate this rule and the transaction gets stuck, you will have to contact Steam yourself.
• Do not top up more than 50,000 rubles per day. Any top-ups, even from other sellers, are counted.
• If you are located in Crimea, the Donetsk People's Republic, or the Luhansk People's Republic:
Log out of your Steam account. Disconnect your phone from the internet (if you have the Steam app installed). Wait 30-45 minutes. Only then can you pay. Do not log in to your account until the top-up is complete.
•If you are located in Crimea, the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), or the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR):
After a successful top-up, if you want to repeat the order, please wait 10-15 minutes, as the funds may be stuck and you will have to contact Steam support to receive them.
•For new accounts:
Add a few free games to secure your region, and only then top up.
❗Refund Policy:
1. Refunds are not possible after a successful top-up. Even if you topped up someone else's account and the top-up was successful, we cannot refund the money.
2. If you made a mistake and topped up a NON-CIS account, the top-up will not be processed. In this case, if you request a refund, a 20% fee will be charged.
