Before purchasing a gift:

To find the link to the Steam profile
Open the Steam application on your PC. At the top next to "Community" hover over your name, a list will open,
click on "Profile", right-click anywhere and select "Copy page address".
Paste it into the field on the product page.

A refund is only possible if the game is inoperative for some reason
A refund is not possible for reasons such as "I didn't like the game, it's glitchy, I changed my mind about buying it"
Look at reviews of the game and its system requirements before purchasing to avoid such situations.
