Buyer's order was made about 1 week ago, no fraud was made.In the product description we indicated that orders from accounts on which the email address has previously been changed are not accepted.The buyer knew about it and still made a order, so he received a red warning.We him but asked the Steam account owner for his e-mail address and he answered wrong.Steam requested quotations on previous transactions, but the buyer failed to answer(The buyer cannot confirm the possession of an account, probably he is not even the owner of the account).He probably stole another person’s account and requested a change in the region.
