🌍 Account region: Any account is supported (Steam, PlayStation, Epic Games, Xbox, Microsoft Store). No region change required.

Before purchase:
1. Go to the BHVR website https://account.bhvr.com .
2. If desired, switch the language to Russian (top right).
3. Register or log in via Google, Discord, or Twitch (region doesn't matter).
4. In the "Linked Accounts" section at https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/providers

• your primary platform (Steam, PlayStation, or Epic Games),
• and additionally Microsoft/Xbox.
5. If you get an error when linking Microsoft/Xbox, first log in to xbox.com with your Microsoft account.
6. Go to "Game Library" and click the Dead by Daylight banner.
7. Enable cross-progression for your primary platform (Steam, Epic Games, or PlayStation):

8. After completing your order, you will need to enable cross-progression for the Microsoft Store at https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/games/dbd

What you need to place your order:
1. Select the number of tiles. 2. Provide your Xbox (Microsoft) username and password.
3. After payment, enter the unique code in the dialog box (it is issued automatically after payment).
4. Sometimes a verification code may be required to sign in to Xbox—it will be sent to you by email, so check your messages.
5. Wait for your cell credits to be credited within 24 hours.
⚠️ Important! New Microsoft accounts may be frozen after a few days. To avoid this:
• Enable two-factor authentication through the Microsoft Authenticator app 👉 instructions.

If your account is frozen, we will not be able to process your cell purchase. Before paying, please make sure you can sign in to microsoft.com.
If an order was placed on a frozen account, there are two options:
• Wait for access to be restored,
• Partial refund (with a 20% deduction).

🔄 Refund Policy:
✅ A full refund is possible if:
1. The seller failed to fulfill the order or did not fulfill it completely.
2. More than 24 hours have passed since payment, and the order was not fulfilled due to the seller's fault.
♻️ A 80% refund (with a 20% deduction) is possible if:
1. You paid but changed your mind before the cells were credited.
2. The item was purchased for the wrong platform (and the order has not yet been delivered).
3. Any other reasons initiated by the buyer
