📜 How to buy Golden Cells?

⚠️ You do NOT need to have the game in Microsoft Store/Xbox

Before purchasing, you need to:

1. Go to the BHVR website — https://account.bhvr.com

2. For convenience, you can select English in the upper right corner

3. Register an account or log in via Google, Discord, Twitch (any region)

4. Go to the “Connections” section — https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/providers

5. Link your primary platform: Steam, Epic Games, or PlayStation

6. Link Microsoft/Xbox

⚠️ If an error appears when linking Microsoft/Xbox due to the absence of an Xbox account, go to xbox.com and log in to your Microsoft account

7. Go to the “Game Library” section and click on the DBD banner

8. Enable cross-progression for your primary platform (Steam, Epic Games, or PS) — https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/games/dbd

9. After (ATTENTION! AFTER) completing your order, you will need to enable cross-progression for the Microsoft Store on the same page (you will NOT be able to enable cross-progression BEFORE completing your order)

1. Select the number of Cells from the list
2. Provide your Xbox (also Microsoft) login and password.
3. To log into your Xbox accounts, you may need a code that will be sent to your email (Check the chat after purchase)
4. Wait for the Cells to be credited within 24 hours

⚠️ Attention! New Microsoft accounts may be frozen a few days after creation. To restore access, you will need to create a foreign number and receive an SMS code. To avoid this, enable two-factor authentication via the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app:

If your account is frozen, we will not be able to purchase cells for you. Before paying, please make sure that you can log into your account on microsoft.com — if you have access, then everything is fine with your account.

If you purchase cells for a frozen account, we can either wait until you regain access or refund you partially, with a 20% deduction from the payment amount.

⚠️ Refund policy:

📍 A full refund will be issued if:
1. The seller has not fulfilled the terms of the transaction or has not fulfilled them in full (different from what was purchased).
2. More than 24 hours have passed since payment, and the order has not been fulfilled due to the seller's fault.

📍 A refund of 80% of the purchase amount (20% deduction) is possible if:
1. You purchased the product but changed your mind and decided to return it before delivery.
2. You ordered a product for a different gaming platform; in this case, a refund is only possible before delivery to your account (no refunds will be made after delivery).
