⚙️ IMPORTANT BEFORE ORDERING:

• Status: The stream must be STARTED (Online) at the time of order.
• Link: Please provide the CHANNEL link.
• Duration:
• Viewers are retained for the exact time they paid for (e.g., 2 hours).
• If you end the stream early, the service is considered rendered. The time is not frozen and does not carry over to the next time.
• Raids: If someone raids you (transfers their viewers), this may temporarily knock down your boost statistics, but they will eventually recover.

❗️ Important! Terms of Service and Refunds

• If your post, avatar, or profile contains extremist material, scenes of violence, fraud, or other prohibited content, or violates current legislation, the service will not be provided.
In this case, an automatic refund of 80% of the order amount will be issued, with 20% retained for commissions and payment costs.
• If the order was placed in error or you change your mind before the service begins, a refund of 90% of the order amount will be issued. The remaining amount will be retained for payment system fees.
• If we are unable to fulfill your order for technical or other reasons, a full refund will be issued, without any deductions.
• Once the order has begun, if it is partially completed, or after it is fully completed, no refunds are issued for the service.
• Refunds are processed using the same payment method used to make the payment.
Funds may take up to 5 business days to be credited, depending on the payment system.
