The reason may be incorrect use of special software or shadow blocking by Steam. If such a situation occurs, we will definitely offer assistance - the seller will be able to change the region for you manually.

If you refuse this assistance, we will issue a partial refund. The payment aggregator commission is 9-11%, so the refund will be for the amount minus this commission.
