🌎 Account regions do not matter, you can have any region.

🟢 If you play on PC via Microsoft Store or Xbox Launcher, simply provide your game account details and you will be able to purchase cells immediately, bypassing the entire instruction. Even if you have Game Pass on Microsoft Store and play via Xbox Launcher (provide your Xbox account details).

1️⃣ Open the official BHVR website - account.bhvr.com

2️⃣ Register an account or log in with Google, Discord, Twitch

3️⃣ Link your main platform (Steam, EG, PS) and Microsoft/Xbox — account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/providers

If you encounter an error when linking Microsoft/Xbox due to the absence of an Xbox account,
> Go to the Xbox website and log in to your Microsoft account — xbox.com

4️⃣ Go to your game library and click on DBD

5️⃣ You will be redirected to the cross-progression page — account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/games/dbd

6️⃣ Enable cross-progression for your primary platform (Steam, EG, PS)

7️⃣ After completing your order, you will need to enable cross-progression for Microsoft Store

1. Select the number of cells and enter your Microsoft (Xbox) login/password.
2. After payment, you will be given a unique code (16 digits with letters), which you need to send in the dialogue box that opens after payment.
3. To log into your account, you may need a code from your email or confirmation via the app. Please check the dialogue box after payment.
4. Order fulfillment takes up to 24 hours.

1. The seller has not fulfilled the order in full (as purchased).
2. More than 24 hours have passed since payment. (The delay is caused by the seller)

💈 A partial refund (20% of the payment amount will be retained) is possible if:

1. You purchased the product but changed your mind and decided to return it before delivery.
2. You purchased the product ignoring the instructions above or confused your gaming platform. Refunds are only possible before delivery to your account (no refunds will be made after delivery).
