All keys are 100% WORKING and sold only in one hand. If you don't like the randomly obtained game or you already have one, then you can swap with friends or give/sell this key to someone.
A replacement or refund is made only if the buyer provides a video recording of what is happening on the screen from the moment of purchase to the moment of activation of the key. The video should be free of any glues, clippings and other traces of installation.
Without providing a video, any attempts to file a claim and receive a refund will be considered fraud. Such buyers are sent to the blacklist without the possibility of unblocking.
To record videos, you can use programs such as "XSplit", "OBS Studio" for PC or "Mobizen" for mobile phones. Perhaps there is already some other recording application on your device.
Making a video recording for backup is not a problem. This is 2-3 clicks.
Of course, if you are a regular customer, and out of dozens of purchased items, one of them suddenly turned out to be defective, then we will make a replacement without providing a video recording.
In any case, if something doesn't work out for you, let us know in the purchase chat. Additional Information

https://store.steampowered.com/account/registerkeyWhy are games being deleted on Steam?
There are different reasons. But the most common ones are: The license for the game ended, the publisher lost the rights to the game, and the developer's studio was closed. Games made from films are subject to deletion after the license for the project expires.
For example, Dragon Age II disappeared from Steam after the Dragon Age: Legacy expansion was released. Eurogamer suggests that the formal excuse for removing the game from Steam is that Legacy is being sold through other services. Valve regards this as a violation of the terms of the agreement.
Sometimes the reasons are the stupidest, which are not even communicated to the developers. Developers also have to withdraw their games from sale and remove them from the store due to the loss of content rights or the inability to maintain their product.
At the same time, it is not the game itself that is deleted from Steam, but its page in the store. Also, in the vast majority of cases, Steam leaves all already issued keys with the developer.
What gives you the key to a remote game?
The key to the "deleted" is absolutely the same as from a regular game. All achievements will be available to you and after activating the key, the game will appear in the library. The only disadvantage is that there is no way to correctly check the presence of these games on your accounts to another person.
Is it worth buying?
As already mentioned above, the game is not much different from the one that has not been deleted. At the same time, they are cheaper, since developers usually sell remote games at lower prices. Therefore, this is a great opportunity to take keys for distribution in your groups and portals, or give them out as gifts on streams. There may be different applications.
