🔹 Step 2. Fill out the form
Enter the details of the Ukrainian PSN account — login and password. Make sure that the account region is set to Ukraine.

🔹 Step 3. Two-factor protection
• Be sure to activate two-step authentication (2FA)
• Provide 2 backup codes to log in without your participation (instructions below)

🔹 Step 4. Payment
Click the "BUY NOW" button and complete the payment by following the on-screen instructions.

🔹 Step 5. Confirmation of purchase
After payment, you will receive a unique code on oplata.info - send it to the operator in the chat.

Open: Settings > Users and accounts > Account > Security

Go to the Two-step authentication section

Select the login method: authenticator app

Scan the QR code and confirm via code

Save backup codes - you will need them to access your account

The usual order processing time is 5-15 minutes, but it can be increased to 30 minutes due to increased workload or complexity of the order.

✅ Refunds for unfulfilled orders are issued minus 20% of the purchase amount, if the reason for the return is not the fault of the Seller.

❌ Digital goods that were purchased by the Seller on the Buyer's account are not subject to return, as well as the funds paid for them.
