The horrors lie within Mount Massive Asylum, a remote Colorado mountainside asylum. A long-abandoned mental institution recently reopened by the Murkoff Research and Philanthropy division. The asylum had been a closely guarded secret... until now.

Independent journalist Miles Upshur received an anonymous message, illegally entered the clinic and discovered something terrible on the border of science and religion, nature and something unknown. In order to leave the clinic alive, Miles will have to get to the bottom of the truth and find out what is happening in Mount Massive.
