If the error was the buyer's fault (incorrect data, password change, account restrictions, regional blocks, failure to comply with requirements, service cancellation, etc.), a 30% refund will be issued.
🛍️ If the buyer changed their mind, failed to read the description, violated the instructions, or initiated a return on their own initiative, a 30% refund will be issued.
If the order cannot be fulfilled due to our fault, a full 100% refund will be issued.
