How to order:
1️⃣ Pay for the service on the platform.
2️⃣ We activate the selected subscription on the ElevenLabs account you provide.
3️⃣ You get access to the subscription and its features.

Important:

Subscription is activated officially via ElevenLabs.

Refunds are possible before activation (minus 25% commission).

No refunds after activation.

We are not responsible for account bans due to reasons beyond our control.

Delivery Methods:
1️⃣ Subscription is activated on your existing account (login and password required). The Creator subscription at a discounted price is available only if there are no active subscriptions on this account.
2️⃣ Subscription is activated on a new account created by us specifically for you.

Terms:

After payment, please provide the payment code to start processing your order.

Refunds are not provided after the subscription is activated.

Warranty covers the entire subscription period but will be voided if the account is blocked due to violation of service rules by the buyer.

Refund Policy:

Full refund is possible if the subscription was not activated due to seller’s fault.

Partial refund (minus commission) is possible in case of mistaken purchase before delivery.
