Tails Noir is a narrative adventure about personal transformation in the post-noir genre. Get into the shoes of a raccoon private detective named Howard Lotor and go explore Vancouver, inhabited by animals.
Tails Noir is inspired by films in the noir genre, weird science fiction, post-Soviet aesthetics, modern political regimes, the works of Lynch and Kaufman, and the existential philosophy of Sartre. It is a linear narrative story that pushes the boundaries of the genre and changes the idea of what it means to be human.
GAMEPLAY
Tails Noir's gameplay combines an emotionally evoking narrative with complex, branching dialogue in the spirit of classic CRPGs and free exploration of the game world. The end of all things is inevitable, but which version of Howard Lotor reaches the end is up to you.

As Howard, you will have to:
• Build relationships with deeply written characters in search of the truth
• Shape the character and make decisions in dialogues - you yourself determine who you will be
• Explore the flourishing and abandoned areas of the walled Vancouver
• Come to terms with your own existence and the pain of loss
• And, of course, be a real raccoon

A breathtaking combination of high-resolution pixel graphics and 3D effects: dynamic lightning, pouring rain, volumetric fog and neon lighting make the city on the screen come alive. Visit all the iconic places of Vancouver - Gastown, Granville, the Fairmont Hotel - carefully recreated in a world inhabited by anthropomorphic animals.
Memorable soundtrack
The original soundtrack by Nikita Danshin and Arooj Aftab, combining elements of classical jazz and electronic music, and a well-chosen soundtrack create an unforgettable atmosphere reminiscent of old movies. You have never heard such dark jazz.
