• After activation, the subscription works normally in most cases. However, access to Spotify in some regions may depend on the local internet provider, network conditions, and regional checks performed by Spotify.
• For some accounts with the regions Egypt, Nigeria, India, or Pakistan, regional restrictions may occur: tracks may appear greyed out and be unavailable for playback, and the app may display a country or region mismatch error.
• In some cases, special software connected through the corresponding account country may be required to resolve such restrictions. This connection is not required for all users.
• For some users, Spotify may work without special software, while for others, special software connected through the account region may be required for proper operation.
• The need for special software may arise immediately after activation or later — for example, after an app update, changes in network conditions, or stricter regional checks by Spotify.
