🔍 How to find your Arena Breakout UID

1. Open Arena Breakout.
2. Go to your profile.
3. Find your UID.
4. Copy your UID and carefully verify it before making the payment.

⚠️ Important

- Only your Arena Breakout UID is required for the top-up.
- Your login, password, verification codes, or any other account credentials are not required.
- Once the payment is completed, the specified UID cannot be changed.
- If you provide an incorrect UID, the Bonds may be credited to another account.

🔄 Refund Policy

⚠️ If a refund is requested by the customer before the order has been completed, 80% of the payment amount will be refunded.

❌ No refund will be provided if the customer entered an incorrect UID and the Bonds were successfully credited to the specified account.

✅ If the issue occurred due to our fault, you will receive a full refund - 100%.
