🌍 REGION AND SERVER

🔎 UID, SERVER AND IP
Find UID in the Paimon-menu profile or the bottom-right corner of the game screen. Server is selected on the login screen. Check your public IP in your own browser using an IP-check service on your usual connection. Enter your public address, not a local 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x address. Do not use another person’s address.

2. Select a pack.
3. Pay for the order.
4. Our bot starts the top-up automatically.
5. Delivery usually takes up to 5 minutes; occasionally up to 15–20 minutes. A completion message appears in the order chat.

💎 DELIVERY
You receive the Genesis Crystals in your selected pack. In the game, they can be converted to Primogems at a 1:1 ratio. Any additional first-purchase bonus depends on your account history and the game rules; a repeat bonus is not guaranteed.

⚠️ IMPORTANT
Check UID, server and pack before payment. Details cannot be changed after the top-up starts. An incorrect UID may send the currency to another player.

↩️ REFUND TERMS
Before paying, read the product description carefully and check your selected options and order details.
If the order has not been fulfilled due to a buyer error caused by not reading the description carefully, selecting the wrong product, region, version or denomination, or providing incorrect details, we refund 80% of the amount paid and retain 20%.
If the error is our fault, we refund 100% of the amount paid without deductions.
A correctly delivered code cannot be refunded, even if it has not been redeemed.
A successful top-up delivered to the account specified by the buyer cannot be refunded, including when the buyer entered another account by mistake.
Refunds are processed through GGSEL in accordance with marketplace rules and applicable law.
