1. Launch Identity V.
2. Open your character profile.
3. Your UID is shown next to your in-game nickname.
4. Please make sure you select the correct server before payment.

- Login, password, or account access codes are not required.
- If you enter an incorrect UID or server, the top-up may be delivered to another account or may not be completed.

❌ Refunds are not provided if the customer entered an incorrect UID or server and the digital item has already been successfully delivered.
