2. Enter your User ID (without the @ symbol - this is not your nickname).
3. Complete the payment using your preferred method.
4. After successful payment, you will be automatically redirected to the order delivery page.

⏳ The average delivery time is around 5 minutes. In rare cases, it may take up to 15 minutes.

⏳ If your order status shows "Processing", there is no need to worry - your order is being processed.

🔍 How to Find Your User ID

1. Open the ZEPETO app.
2. Go to "Settings", then open the "Profile" tab.
3. Your User ID will be displayed on this page.

📌 Important: Enter your User ID without the @ symbol. Your nickname cannot be used to complete the order.

🔄 Refund Policy

⚠️ If a refund is requested by the customer, 80% of the payment amount will be refunded.

❌ Refunds are not available if incorrect account information was provided and the digital product has already been successfully delivered.

✅ If the issue was caused by us, you will receive a full refund (100%).
