1. Select the required amount of ZEMs or Coins.
2. Enter your User ID without the @ symbol. This is not your nickname.
3. Complete the payment using your preferred method.
4. After successful payment, the bot will automatically accept the order and send a message in the order chat.
5. Delivery usually takes about 5 minutes. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15-20 minutes.

⏳ If you see the message “Order accepted for processing” in the order chat, it means the system has received your order and is processing it automatically.

💬 If more than 20 minutes have passed and your order has not been completed, please contact us via the order chat. We will check the status and help resolve the issue.

🔍 How to find your User ID

1. Open the ZEPETO app.
2. Go to “Settings”, then open the “Profile” tab.
3. Your User ID will be shown on this page.

📌 Important: enter your User ID without the @ symbol. Your nickname cannot be used for this order.

🔄 Refund Policy

⚠️ If a refund is requested by the customer, 80% of the payment amount will be refunded.

❌ Refunds are not available if an incorrect User ID was provided and the digital goods have already been successfully delivered.

✅ If the issue occurred on our side, you will receive a full refund.
