❗Refund Policy:
1. After a successful top-up, refunds are not possible. Even if you topped up someone else's account and the top-up was successful, we cannot refund your money.
2. If you made a mistake and topped up a NON-CIS account, your top-up will not be processed. In this case, if you request a refund, it will be processed with a 20% commission.
