Banking details (with a guarantee for the Russian Federation): the warranty period is 7 (or 30) days from the date of sending the banking details to the "correspondence with the seller" section. During this period, the seller guarantees the operability of the banking details. After the expiration date, the card is closed, the balance is not refunded.
Voucher without warranty (for the Russian Federation): No refund or exchange is allowed after delivery of the voucher.
Promo code: No refund or exchange is allowed after the promo code is delivered.

- By purchasing the product, you confirm that Google errors (for example, or-hdt, or-ccreu, etc.) are not grounds for a refund. Errors occur due to Google's policy (poor-quality IP address, using emulators, having multiple accounts/devices, etc.). Errors can be fixed by following the recommendations in the FAQ or the official Google directory, but it is usually enough to wait 48 hours.
- When purchasing using the banking details/voucher option, you agree to receive them instead of a promo code.

Refund Policy:
Banking details (with a guarantee for the Russian Federation): a refund is possible during the warranty period, provided that the buyer followed all the recommendations for correcting Google errors, if the recommendations did not help solve the problem, a refund is issued at the buyer's request. The refund period is up to 10 business days, with a deduction of the commission.
Voucher without warranty (for the Russian Federation): No refund or exchange is allowed after delivery of the voucher.

A refund is not possible if the buyer accidentally claims that he did not read the terms and conditions before the purchase.
