In the Skulltaker add-on for Total War: WARHAMMER III, you will be able to play as a new legendary lord - the greatest among the bloodletters, the immortal warrior Khorne Skulltaker. You will also find many new deadly units, game features and objectives available in the large-scale campaign "Empires of the Immortals" or in the "Custom Battle" mode.
An immortal warrior of Khorne, the greatest of all Bloodletters, the Skulltaker relentlessly seeks out worthy skulls for his master. In each battle, he persistently seeks out the strongest opponents, so that he can challenge them with a deafening roar and instantly strike them down. The Skulltaker is the embodiment of Khorne's unbridled fury, taking immense pride in his combat skills and seeing himself as an unstoppable force.
Campaign Features:
● Skull Cloak: As a warrior of Khorne, the Skulltaker must seek out and defeat powerful enemy lords from the pantheon of Warhammer heroes, sewing their skulls into his signature cloak. With each skull he acquires, he gains an "Essence of the Warriors", which allows him to upgrade existing bonuses or unlock new ones. In this way, the Skulltaker gains powerful abilities and traits that increase his effectiveness in battle.
Combat Playstyle:
● Few demons are honored to be champions of Khorne, and each one is an indomitable weapon of murder. This is certainly true of the Skulltaker. A true force of demonic destruction, he excels at hunting down enemy lords to strike them down in single combat, then wields his two-handed Avenger's Sword to carve a path through enemy lines. His Skull Cloak's permanent ability grants him increased spell resistance and improved saves with each enemy he kills.
New Units:
● The Collector brings eight new units of Khorne's minions to the battle, including the legendary heroes Skarr Bloodfury "The Bloodthirsty Butcher" and Skyla Anfingrimm "Khorne's Fury", as well as the Herald of Blood, the Beast of the Slayer, the Skull Collectors, the Bloodthirsty Beast, the Wrathmongers, and the Khorngors.
