How delivery works:

Important before you pay:
• Make room in your mailbox. A full mailbox refuses the parcel — the game returns it to the sender and they have to send it again. Clear your mail in advance.
• Rare pets do not arrive by mail. The game allows neither mailing nor gifting them — the seller drops the pet on the ground next to you. Pick it up at once: anything dropped can be picked up by anyone standing nearby.

⏱ HOW LONG IT TAKES
• Delivery is not instant: a live person hands the item over.
• Timing depends on the seller — usually 30 minutes to an hour.
• If the seller goes quiet we do not wait in silence: we cancel the deal and buy
from another one — that adds up to 4 hours.
• The hard limit is 8 hours.
Not handed over by then — we refund in full.

and reply; if delivery turns out to be impossible, we refund in full.
