🔴 Important: If you have previously made purchases using Russian rubles on your game account (for example, through your mobile operator), the account currency will be set to RUB. In this case, you cannot top up your account through our service, as payments in rubles are not supported. Please verify this before placing your order.

Purchased items will be sent to you via in-game mail, from where you will need to pick them up; the mail may arrive slightly delayed. If you have not received the purchased items, please restart the game or contact support.

📋 How to place an order:

1. Select the desired denomination.
2. Enter the email address linked to your Habby ID (you will be asked for a code sent to your email address).
3. After payment, contact the seller.
4. Once your order is processed, the funds will be credited to your account.

❗ RETURN POLICY

If the return is due to the buyer's fault (incorrect product selection, inattentive reading of the description, change of mind, etc.), 80% of the order amount will be refunded.

If the problem is due to the seller's fault, a 100% refund will be issued.

❌ No refunds will be provided after successful receipt of the item.
