1) Is this a full subscription payment?
📌 Yes. This is not a “family share activation”. It’s a full Premium activation in your account. Pay once and use it for the entire period.
2) I forgot my password — what should I do?

⚠️ Login is supported only via email + password (code login is not supported).
3) Can I extend an active subscription?
📌 No. Your account must have Spotify Free status (no active subscription).
4) What region will the subscription be?
🌐 The region depends on the selected plan and duration: Nigeria / Pakistan / India (see list above).
5) Can I cancel, refund, or transfer the paid period to another account?
🚫 After activation, cancellation/transfer is not possible.
6) Rules for add-on services (important)
⚠️ If you choose “Add to DUO/Family” or “Create account” instead of an individual plan, any overpayment is the buyer’s responsibility.
ℹ️ Add-on service (if available in the product card) is required to connect to DUO/Family.
7) Responsibility for Spotify actions
🛡️ We are not responsible for any restrictions/blocks decided by Spotify due to the buyer’s actions on the account.
8) Refund policy
💰 If the order is not activated yet and the buyer requests a refund — 30% is withheld.
