• Waiting for limit resets.
• Missing API, Flexible Pricing, or credits.
• The availability, amount, renewal, reset, or continued provision of Codex credits.
• Changes to features or limits made by OpenAI.
• Selecting the wrong Personal Workspace or Business Workspace.
• Workspace merge consequences.
• Phone verification requested by OpenAI.
• Inviting others.
