Delivery time: **5–15 minutes** (in rare cases up to **40 minutes** due to payment processing on Hytale’s side). We work **24/7** — delivery is automated.

For correct delivery, **2FA on your account must be DISABLED** (it’s usually off by default — please check your settings).
✅ **Email authentication does NOT interfere** — keep it enabled.
If you previously logged in via **Google / Discord / Epic Games** and your account **does not have a password set**, you must set a **separate Hytale account password** in your settings — otherwise the order may not be possible to complete.
✅ **Security recommendation:**
If you don’t want to share your main password, set a **temporary password** specifically for placing this order.
After the game is successfully delivered, **change the password immediately** (and you may re-enable 2FA if you wish).

⬛🟢 **HOW PAYMENT & DELIVERY WORKS**
➖ Choose the edition you need (Standard / Supporter and other available versions).
➖ Enter the **login and password for your Hytale account** (not Gmail / Discord / Epic).
If you log in via Google/Discord/Epic, first **set a Hytale password** in your account settings, then use it to place the order.
➖ Pay for the order — the system will start the delivery automatically.
➖ Track progress via the order status.
➖ If you need help at any step — message us in chat, we’ll assist.

⬛🟢 **IMPORTANT TO KNOW**
• Delivery speed mostly depends on payment processing on Hytale’s side.
• During delivery, do not change your account details (email/password).
• After the pre-order/delivery is completed, access is considered provided — **refunds are NOT possible** (digital product).

⬛🟢 **REFUND POLICY**
We always aim to complete the order as quickly and correctly as possible. In rare cases, completion may be impossible due to **incorrectly entered details** or **failure to follow instructions** (2FA enabled in the app, no Hytale password set if you previously logged in via Google/Discord/Epic), as well as due to platform restrictions/errors.
If you entered an incorrect login/password — it’s not a problem: in most cases the details can be corrected. Message us in chat and we’ll tell you what to change.
If the order **can be completed from our side**, but the customer decides to cancel and request a refund, a **partial refund** will be issued — **15% fee will be deducted**.
If the order cannot be completed **due to our fault**, a **full refund** will be issued.
