💻 CODEX

Codex is available only within the capabilities of the Standard Seat.

This is not Codex credits, not a separate Codex seat, and not unlimited Codex.

If Codex shows a limit, asks for credits, or requires waiting for a reset, you must wait according to OpenAI rules.

📌 If OpenAI asks for phone number verification for Codex, the buyer must complete the verification independently.
The seller does not provide phone numbers and does not receive SMS codes.

💡 HOW ACTIVATION WORKS

✅ The warranty covers:
• Active access for the paid period
• Help with invitation issues
• Reconnection in case of a technical activation error

🚫 The warranty does not cover:

• Lack of API, Flexible Pricing, or credits
• Changes to features or limits made by OpenAI
• Choosing the wrong Personal / Business workspace
• Consequences of merging workspaces
• Phone number verification requested by OpenAI

• “My old Plus chats did not appear in Business”
• “I did not read the description”
