Work, Codex, Workspace Agents, and ChatGPT for Excel share the same usage limit:
• GPT-6 Astra — ~5–45 messages / 5 hours
• GPT-5.6 Sol — ~10–100 / 5 hours
• GPT-5.6 Terra — ~25–200 / 5 hours
• GPT-5.6 Luna — ~250–2,000 / 5 hours

A shared weekly limit also applies.

• GPT-Live-1 Voice — up to 3 hours / 24 hours.
• Image generation — subject to a separate limit; OpenAI does not publish a fixed number of generations.

Important:
All usage limits are set by OpenAI and may change. The message ranges shown above are estimates and actual usage depends on the model and complexity of the task.

The service includes the standard usage limits provided with a Standard Seat. Additional credits are not included.

Once a usage limit is reached, you must wait for it to reset automatically. Reaching a usage limit is not a service malfunction and is not grounds for replacement.

2. You will receive an invitation to ChatGPT Business.
3. Accept the invitation.
4. Select the Business Workspace.

Your account password is not required.

🔄 PERSONAL & BUSINESS WORKSPACES

The Business Workspace is a separate workspace.

If you previously used ChatGPT in your Personal Workspace, your existing chats will remain there.

Chats, GPTs, Projects, files, and settings are not automatically transferred to the Business Workspace.

🕐 WORKING HOURS

• Daily: 11:00–23:59 MSK
• Delays may occur during peak hours.
• Orders placed outside working hours will be processed during the next working period.

The warranty is valid for the entire paid period.

The warranty includes:
• access for the paid period;
• assistance with invitation issues;
• reconnection in case of a technical issue.

🚫 REFUNDS

Refunds are not available after successful activation.

Please carefully review the product description, usage limits, and terms before purchasing.

Reaching usage limits, waiting for limits to reset, the absence of additional credits, API access or Flexible Pricing, changes to features made by OpenAI, phone verification requests, selecting the wrong workspace, or not seeing previous chats in the Business Workspace are not considered service malfunctions.

If OpenAI requires phone number verification, the user must complete the verification independently. The seller does not provide phone numbers or receive SMS verification codes.
