* Phone verification prompts initiated by OpenAI.
🚫 REFUND POLICY
The following scenarios do not qualify for a refund:
* Misinterpreting the plan as ChatGPT Plus or a standalone Pro tier.
* Reaching your usage limits or waiting for quota resets.
* Codex requesting credits or phone verification.
* Expecting API access or Flexible Pricing features.

* Prior chats not appearing in the Business Workspace.
* Purchasing without reading the product description.
