⚠️ Before payment

🚀 How to receive your order
1. Select the required option and pay for the order.
2. Open the paid order chat, send a message and provide the email linked to your Supercell ID. If your purchase shows a GGSELL unique purchase code, include it in the order chat. This purchase verification code is different from the Supercell one-time login code.
3. Wait for the operator’s request. Supercell will email a one-time login code; share it only in the chat of your paid order.
4. The operator signs in to fulfil the selected purchase and confirms completion. Then check the item in the game.

🔐 Account details and security
Your own account must be linked to Supercell ID. This is not a new account or a standalone activation code: an operator fulfils the selected purchase on your account.
Your email password is not needed. A login code grants access to Supercell ID; share it only in your paid order chat after coordinating with the operator. Do not send codes to strangers on Telegram, VK or by email. Remain available while the order is processed.
Third-party account access and regional restrictions may conflict with Supercell rules. Consider the game’s rules before ordering.

🕙 Working hours
Fulfilment usually takes up to 60 minutes after the account details are confirmed. Technical issues may cause a delay of up to 48 hours. Timing depends on the queue and service availability.
Operators are available daily, 10:00–23:00 Moscow time. Orders paid at night are processed during working hours in queue order. This service requires an operator; payment outside working hours does not mean instant delivery.

🛡 Refunds
If an order has not been fulfilled and the buyer requests cancellation (wrong selection, change of mind, or an unavailable offer), 15–20% is withheld depending on payment gateway fees and payment processing costs. We will state the exact refund amount in the order chat before processing it.
If we fail to fulfil the order due to our fault, we refund 100% of the payment.
Buyer-requested refunds are not available after correct fulfilment. If we made an error, contact us in the order chat so we can investigate and resolve it.
