Step 4: Confirmation Code
You will receive an email from Supercell with a 6-digit code. As soon as you receive it, send it to us in the chat immediately. This is a standard and secure procedure for a one-time login to your account.

Step 5: Done!

❓ How to get the Supercell ID code (if you forgot):
Open Clash Royale.

Tap the menu (three lines in the top right corner) → Supercell ID → Settings (gear).

Tap “Switch Account” and select “Continue”.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to our fault, we guarantee a 100% refund.

If the order is cancelled at your initiative (you changed your mind, you ordered the wrong item, the required promotion is not available in your store, or you cannot provide access to Supercell ID), the refund will be issued with a 25% platform fee deduction.

After the product has been successfully credited to the account, a refund is not possible.
