🕒 Processing Time and Service Hours

To activate the PRO plan, your account should currently be on the Free plan.

The average processing time is around 20 minutes, provided that the customer responds promptly in the order chat. In rare cases, external factors may increase the processing time to several hours.

Service hours:

Claude Pro: automatic delivery is available 24/7.

Support and manual processing: available daily from 11:00 to 23:00 Moscow time.

Orders requiring administrator assistance and submitted after 23:00 MSK will be processed in order of receipt when the next working period begins.

✔️ We are not responsible for actions taken by the customer within the service that result in account restrictions, suspension, or other limitations.

✔️ Our service consists of paying for the subscription and, where necessary, assisting with the initial setup.
