⚠️ Important Before Purchase

An internet connection is required for activation (you can work offline afterward)
Deactivate the license on your old computer before transferring it to another one — otherwise, if the device breaks or becomes inaccessible, you may temporarily lose the activation
Transferring the license between devices too often in a short period may temporarily lock deactivation (up to 1 week) — this is a manufacturer restriction
On corporate/work networks, activation may be blocked by a firewall — try another network, temporarily disable antivirus, or retry later
Remove the free version of DaVinci Resolve before installing Studio, if it's installed
Projects opened in version 21 cannot be reopened in version 20.3.2
